Scope of Work:
- Structural Modifications and Upgrades: Professional alterations to load-bearing walls, columns, and beams to accommodate evolving spatial needs and ensure structural safety.
- Interior and Exterior Renovations: Customized interior upgrades, including flooring, partitions, and finishes, along with exterior facade enhancements to refresh and modernize the facility’s look and feel.
- Facility Upgrades: Installation and improvement of essential systems, such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, to increase functionality and efficiency.
- Compliance and Safety: Adherence to regulatory standards, prioritizing safety, longevity, and visual appeal.
