Our ongoing Building A&A (Addition & Alteration) Works at The Gemini (Science Park Drive) are designed to enhance, reconfigure, and upgrade the existing facilities to meet evolving standards of functionality and aesthetics. From meticulous planning to seamless execution, our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship and effective project management, ensuring minimal disruption and strict adherence to budget and timelines.
Scope of Work:
- Structural Modifications and Upgrades: Precision modifications to load-bearing walls, columns, and beams to support updated spatial needs and enhanced safety requirements.
- Interior and Exterior Revitalization: Tailored interior enhancements, including flooring, partitioning, and finishes, along with exterior facade updates to modernize and uplift the building’s visual appeal.
- Facility Upgrades: Installation and enhancement of key building systems such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC for improved efficiency, comfort, and functionality.
